To send your bat for servicing, simply fill out and pay through our easy-to-use online form below. Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring your bat directly to our Eastleigh workshop. We aim to return your bat within 7 working days of receipt, but if you need it sooner, our Express Delivery option ensures it’s back in your hands within 3 working days.

IMPORTANT: Please include your name, contact number, and order number with your bat! We recommend using Royal Mail's recorded delivery service and wrapping your bat securely (e.g., with bubble wrap or an old towel) to protect the spine during transit.
